At Martial Threads, every product is made to order using Print-on-Demand (POD) services. Because each item is created specifically for you, we cannot accept cancellations, returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or preference changes. Please review product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

When Replacements Are Provided

We will gladly send you a replacement order if any of the following issues occur:

    • Defective or Damaged Products: If the product arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective.

    • Fulfillment Errors: If you receive the wrong item, color, or size due to a fulfillment mistake.

    • Lost in Transit: If your order is lost during shipping and does not arrive.

Important: For defective or incorrectly fulfilled items, you do not need to return the product. Instead, simply provide us with photo evidence of the issue (product, defect, and packing slip), and we will process a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

In these cases, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order (or within 15 days of the estimated delivery date for lost packages). To process your claim quickly, include photos of the item and the packing slip when possible. After 15 days, you forfeit your right to a return/refund/replacement of the item.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Returns and refunds are not accepted for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or disliking the fit or style.

Because all products are printed on demand, inventory is not held, and we cannot resell returned items.

Special Notes

Customers in Brazil are entitled to cancel their order within 7 calendar days of receiving it, in accordance with local consumer laws.

Packages returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed may be reshipped, but additional shipping costs may apply.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Failure to meet one or more of the conditions will automatically forfeit your right to cancel or return your item.

How to Submit a Claim

    1.    Your order number

    2.    A description of the issue

    3.    Photos of the item/packaging (if applicable)

Once verified, we’ll process a replacement as quickly as possible.
