Shipping

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $100 ship free — worldwide.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Heads up: for international orders, any customs fees, import taxes, or handling charges are the recipient's responsibility.
How long does delivery take?
Every piece is made to order — allow 2–5 business days for production, then shipping on top of that. US & Canada: 3–4 business days Standard (1–3 Express). International: 5–20 business days depending on destination. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, customs, or holiday demand can add time. You'll get a tracking email the moment your order ships.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. If it hasn't arrived within the estimated window, give it a few extra days for carrier delays — then contact us and we'll sort it out.

Sizing

How does the gear fit?
Our hoodies and sweats are cut oversized by design — that's the look. If you're between sizes or prefer a closer fit, check the size guide on the product page before ordering.
Where's the size guide?
Every product page has a size guide link near the size selector. When in doubt, measure a piece you already own and compare.

Returns & exchanges

What's your return policy?
Because every piece is made to order just for you, we can't accept returns or refunds for sizing issues, change of mind, or style preference — there's no inventory to put it back into. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. Full details in our Refund Policy.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We don't offer size exchanges for the same reason — each piece is made to order and can't be resold. Between sizes? Check the size guide or contact us before ordering and we'll help you pick the right one.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
That's on us. Contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll send a replacement or a refund, your call. You don't need to ship anything back.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders move into production quickly since every piece is made to order. Contact us as soon as possible — if it hasn't started production, we'll change or cancel it.
